1. Parties

This contract is between Qalbs ("Service Provider", "we", "us") and you, the subscriber ("you", "Subscriber"), identified by your registered email address.

2. What the Service Includes

By activating a subscription, you receive the following services for the duration of your active subscription period:

Placement of your approved profile in the active matchmaking pool
AI-powered and human-reviewed compatibility matching
Email notifications when a potential match is identified
Secure messaging with your assigned match (upon admin activation)
Profile management and status tracking via your personal dashboard
Support from our matchmaking team via email

                Note: The service provides matchmaking assistance.
                We do not guarantee that a suitable match will be found within any specific
                timeframe. Subscription fees are not contingent on a successful match.
            

3. Subscription Fee and Billing

The subscription fee is €5.00 (five euros) per month. Payment is processed automatically on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. The first charge occurs at the moment of subscription activation. Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar day of each following month.

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' prior notice sent to your registered email address.

4. 14-Day Free Cancellation Period

                Full Refund Guarantee: You may cancel within 14 calendar
                days of your subscription start date and receive a full refund
                of any fee paid — no questions asked.
            

To exercise this right, contact us at info@imranhussain.de or use the "Manage Billing" option in your dashboard before the 14-day deadline (shown in your contract email).

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

This right is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. If you explicitly request the service to start immediately within the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that a proportional deduction may apply to cover services already rendered.

5. Cancellation After the Free Period

After the 14-day free cancellation period, you may cancel your subscription at any time. The following conditions apply:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month (not immediately).
No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
You retain full access to the service until the end of the paid period.
After cancellation, your profile is removed from the active matching pool.
To reactivate, simply subscribe again from your dashboard.

6. How Your Contract is Delivered

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, we will send a personalised subscription contract PDF to your registered email address. The PDF includes your contract reference number, start date, cancellation deadline, billing details, and the full legal terms. Please retain this document for your records.

You can also download your contract PDF at any time from your dashboard under "My Subscription".

7. Data Privacy (GDPR)

We process your personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. Your profile data is stored on secure Google Cloud Firestore infrastructure and is never sold to third parties.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@imranhussain.de.

8. Service Availability

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability. In the event of planned maintenance, we will provide advance notice where possible. Service interruptions outside our control (force majeure) do not entitle the subscriber to a refund unless the interruption exceeds 72 consecutive hours.

9. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately in the following cases:

Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information
Harassment or inappropriate conduct towards other users or our staff
Violation of applicable laws or these terms
Non-payment or persistent payment failures after a 7-day grace period

In cases of termination for cause, no refund of subscription fees will be issued.

10. Governing Law

This contract is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Service Provider's registered place of business, to the extent permitted by law. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
